Recordings and recording preferences: HAI collects your recording preference and may video-record selected sessions only when the full group is assembled, with audio extracted from those recordings. Final-day interviews are optional and require separate consent.
For participants who affirmatively consent, recordings may be used in books, articles, podcasts, videos, websites, social media, educational materials and promotional materials, as described in the Terms & Conditions. You may update your recording preference by contacting HAI in writing before a session is recorded.
